Our Promise to You and Your Pet:

Staff:  We have a Shift Leader who has a Bachelors or Veterinary Technology Degree on duty all day, every day.   We also have 2-5 caretakers  who will watch over your dog's group interactions, eating habits, health and emotional well-being during the day.  At bedtime, your dog will enjoy the company and security of an overnight caretaker.  If your dog sleeps on your bed at home, we'll be glad to share our bed with him while you're away.

Playgroups:   Our playgroups consist of lots of other fun and friendly pre-screened dogs.  Playgroups are never, ever left unattended.

No Cages:  Your dog is never put in a crate, cage or lonely "suite."  Even nap time and bed time are a fun, cage-free, group event. 

Freedom: Our facility is designed to let your dog do whatever he wants, whenever he wants!  Our dog areas are inter-connected which gives your dog the option to enjoy many exciting areas of our facility anytime they want.  Amenities for play and snoozing are accessible all day.

Illness:  We have strict vaccination, health, and sanitation policies in place to keep the risk of illness to your dog at an absolute minimum.  If we become aware that an illness is going around, we will notify you via our emailing list so you have the information you need to make the right decision for your pet. 

Medical or Behavior Issues:  We will notify you of any medical or behavior issue, or potential issue we discover.   And, in the event that a problem occurs while you are unavailable, we will handle the problem promptly on your behalf with your dog's safety, health and happiness as our top priorities.

Services: All of our fun service "extras" and special care or medication requests for your dog  are completely free of charge.

Amenities: Our overnight and daytime snoozing accommodations are real mattresses with real bedding, just like home.  And, unlike many doggie daycares, we have some great stuff here like lots of toys and bones, a real swimming pool and a huge pirate ship to play on!

Facility Safety:  Our brand new facility has been designed with your dog's safety in mind.  Just a few of our many safety conscious design features include a facility wide fire sprinkler system, 10" thick insulated concrete walls,  a window-free storm shelter/sleeping area for the utmost in severe weather safety and an 8' high outdoor concrete block fence to make escape impossible, even for the most talented pet.  

Climate Control:  Our entire facility is heated or cooled to 65-70 degrees year round.  This provides a comfortable play environment for your dog and protection from potentially serious weather related problems such as heat stroke or frostbite.

Specialization:  While most dog care facilities provide additional services to make money such as classes & training,  grooming, retail items for sale and facility rental for special events, we choose not to.  Our owner and staff are 100% focused on what we do best - and what matters to you most:  providing the very best cage-free care for your dog.   We truly believe that it is in your dog's best interest to "do one thing, and do it well!"
