Our Promise to Your Pet:

Staffing:  We have a Shift Leader with a Bachelors or Veterinary Technology Degree on duty all day, every day.  We also have 2 to 5 canine caretakers supervising group interactions and a caregiver that stays with your dog all night long so he feels comfortable, safe and happy while you're away.

Playgroups:   Our playgroups are always supervised by trained staff who are available for frequent petting sessions and games of fetch!  Playgroups are never, ever left unattended.

No Cages:  Your dog is never put in a crate, cage or lonely "suite" at Woof Dah!  Even nap time and bed time are a fun, cage-free, group event. 

Freedom: Our facility is designed to let your dog do whatever he wants, whenever he wants!  Our spacious Pirates Cove and Play Zone playrooms feature lots of space for running and fetching, playground equipment to climb on, a real swimming pool and plenty of soft places for snoozing or watching the fun.  Our Slumber Zone room, with lots of plush beds to choose from, is also open to your dog all day long if some quiet time or a serious nap suits his fancy. 

Illness:  We have strict vaccination, health, and sanitation policies in place to keep the risk of illness to your dog at an absolute minimum. 

Medical or Behavior Issues:  We will notify you of any medical or behavior issue, or potential issue we discover.  And, in the event that a problem occurs while you are unavailable, we will handle the problem promptly on your behalf with your dog's safety, health and happiness as our top priorities.

Services:  All of our fun service "extras" and special care or medication requests for your dog, are completely free of charge.

Amenities: Our overnight and daytime snoozing accommodations are real mattresses with real bedding, just like home.   It takes little more work than most facilities are willing to do, but we think it's well worth it!  Who wants to sleep on a hard cot or kennel floor anyway?  And, unlike most doggie daycares, we actually have toys! And lots of them!  We also have Minnesota's only no-chemical indoor swimming pool!

Climate Control:  Our entire facility is heated or cooled to 65-70 degrees year round.  This provides a comfortable play environment for your dog and protection from potentially serious weather related problems such as heat stroke or frostbite.

Oh yeah, and our mascot is pretty cute too.....Don't Ya think?
