    If you have a reservation scheduled and you will not be able to make it, please call us to cancel as soon as possible. We understand that your schedule can change so we do not impose any penalties for changes or cancellations.

  • What times of the day can I call to make a reservation?
    Our staff would be happy to assist you from 6am-8pm weekdays and from 7am to 8pm on weekends and holidays.

  • If my dog has a "Great Dane" package, do I still need to make reservations?
    Yes. To ensure that we do not get overbooked, you will still need to make reservations.

  • How far ahead do I need to make reservations for a holiday?
    You should always try to get your holiday dates booked as soon as possible as we do book full very early. Plan on booking 1-3 months ahead of time for all major holidays. Christmas should be booked by October 1st for your best chance to get a spot.
