    *Daycare Package Rules: Packages must be paid in advance. Packages expire three years from date of purchase. No refunds on packages except if your dog is expelled from our facility. Packages are non-transferable. 


    All purchases are subject to 8.125% sales tax. Prices subject to change at any time. We do not accept checks. 3% discount for cash payment.

    $10 per dog for No-Shows

    Fee will be charged to your card on file or added to your account balance.

  • Holiday Deposit

    $50 Per Holiday Per Dog


    For reserving on New Year's Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Daycare is regular price on holidays. Holiday deposits are refundable only when your reservation is canceled five or more days before the holiday. Deposit must be paid to reserve one of these holidays.

FAQs

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel a reservation, please cancel by 7:00 PM the night before your reservation begins to avoid a $10 no-show fee.


  • How far in advance should I reserve holidays?

    It's never too early to reserve a holiday dog daycare or boarding reservation! We suggest making Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's reservations by early fall. Please see our Holiday Policies for complete information.


  • Do I have to make reservations in my customer portal?

    No. You are welcome to call, text, or email us to make reservations.

  • My dog hasn't completed an Orientation Day yet. Can I make future reservations now?

    If your dog is registered for an Orientation Day, you may make future reservations, including holiday reservations. If your dog does not pass Orientation Day or you do not show up for Orientation Day, your future reservations will be canceled.

  • 6:30 AM - Drop-offs Begin
  • 8:00 AM - Wild & Fun Morning Playtime and Nail Trimming
  • 9:30 AM - Daycare Brunch
  • 9:30AM - 10:30 AM Start Time (varies) - Swim Time (Pool closed on Sundays and some Holidays)
  • 11:00 AM - Bubble Baths
  • 11:00 AM - Plaza playtime open (seasonal/weather permitting) (subject to change)
  • 3:00 PM - Afternoon Snack
  • 5:30 PM - Quiet Time in Slumber Bay
  • 7:00 PM - Bedtime in the Slumber Bay room with staff & friends. All daycare pups have gone home.
