Anytime when we are open. There is no specific drop-off time after you have completed an Orientation Day! For overnight boarding, we recommend dropping off earlier in the day for some playtime before bed.
Yes! If your dog needs brunch, an afternoon snack, or medication, we'd happily feed them during the day. Please bring your dog's food in a baggie or small container. When you arrive, we'll have you fill out a small paper instructions label to attach to your container.
Most dogs come between one and three times per week. However, the most popular pups come five days per week!
Yes! You can now use your daycare package to cover a late check out from boarding. You will need the correct pacakge type (half day or full day) in order to use it.
Daycare reservations for holidays such as New Year's, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas should be made several months in advance to guarantee a spot.
Yes. There are several times of the year, besides holidays, during which we book full very early. Some of these dates include:
Yes! You will still need to make reservations to ensure that we have space available.
The minimum charge for daycare is a half day ($27).
It depends on your dog's personality and your schedule. Most dogs will be exhausted for one to two days after each visit. Two to three weekly visits will help you keep your sanity if you have a puppy. Older or more mellow dogs do well with as little as one day per week.
Yes, dogs who have already completed an Orientation day can continue to come and play as long as their health allows.
Yes, if your dog behaves in a dangerous or disruptive way to other dogs or staff, we will notify you. We will discuss all the options to keep the behavior under control with you. If the behavior cannot be controlled, we may ask that your dog not return. Your dog may be kept in a feeding kennel until you return.
Some behaviors not allowed at daycare are excessive barking or whining, excessive humping or rough play, aggression, nipping at other dogs or staff, and extreme, untreated anxiety.
Our outdoor play area, called "the Plaza," is open when the weather is around 50 degrees or warmer. The Plaza may also close for rain and heat advisories. Our Plaza is closed in the winter because proper sanitation is impossible when everything is frozen. Just think of what would happen to your yard in the winter if many dogs were to play and use it as a potty area!
Absolutely. We always have an experienced, loving staff member who stays with your dog all night! Our overnight team averages over 8 years of experience!
You'll need a quick release collar with your dog's first and last name on it (usually a black, plastic pinch buckle) and your dog's food & medicine. We don't allow blankets or toys. If you don't have the right collar, we have collars we can loan you.
Please do not bring blankets, toys, or other soft goods. Also, please don't bring rawhides, greenies, or other similar items. If your dog can't easily chew or eat, our staff will be unable to feed it due to the possibility of severe health issues.
At Woof Dah!, your dog will never be put in a cage (Unless there's an unexpected health or behavior issue that requires isolation or upon your request). Instead, your dog will spend the night with his new friends in our posh Slumber Bay room. The Slumber Bay room features many orthopedic doggie beds and a TV to watch doggie movies. It's a lot like a real slumber party!
That's the best thing about boarding your dog at Woof Dah! He'll be so busy playing all day and pooped by bedtime that he won't have time to remember you're away!
Yes. There is a discount for stays of 10 or more nights.
You can pick up your dog by 10:00 AM for no additional charge. Pick ups after 10:00am will have either a half day or full day of daycare charged. You may use a daycare package for this charge.

Yes! We average 20 to 30 guests per night during the week. We have more on the weekends and holidays.
The earlier, the better! Your dog will sleep much better in a new environment if they have had a whole day of playtime to get to know everyone and tire themselves out. The rate is the same no matter what time of day you drop off.
